OUE  DOWNTOWN @ Shenton Way – Design the Chiller plant room concept and supply & install our e-trekker system. New Chiller Plant is operating at 0.65 Kw/RT.

THONG TECK BUILDING@ Scotts Road – Convert the old water-cooled package to a central chilled water plant with centrifugal chillers together with high end Air Handling Units (AHUs). Our e-trekker monitors and control chiller plant, AHUs and Lightings. Overall the chiller plant is operating <0.65 Kw/RT. This is one typical example of DESIGN & BUILD solution we did.

Danga City Mall @ JB Malaysia – Conducted an e-Audit at this 1,000,000 square ft shopping mall to evaluate the energy usage and to recommend strategies to reduce operating cost and improve energy efficiency.
